A blocked heart acts like an invisible wall. It protects you from pain, but it also blocks joy.
The "Numb" Feeling: You want a relationship, but when you meet someone nice, you feel... nothing. You can't connect deeply.
Trust Issues: You are constantly waiting for the betrayal. You check phones, you get jealous easily, you assume the worst.
Attracting "Fixer-Uppers": You only attract people who are emotionally unavailable or broken. This is because a blocked heart seeks "safe" distances, not real intimacy.
Physical Pain: Tightness in the chest, shallow breathing, or upper back pain.
The Heart Chakra closes as a defense mechanism.
Unhealed Heartbreak: If an ex hurt you deeply and you never spiritually cleansed that energy, your heart says, "Never again," and slams the door shut.
Childhood Trauma: Growing up in a home without affection teaches the heart to hide.
Grief: Losing a loved one can leave a heavy spiritual stone on the chest.
Opening a heart is delicate work. You cannot force a flower to open; you must give it the right environment.
You cannot pour fresh water into a cup filled with old poison.
The Practice: Write down the names of every person who has hurt you.
The Action: Burn the paper safely. As it burns, say out loud: "I release you. You no longer own my heart. I claim my energy back." This is the first step of breaking the chain.
In African Healing, we use water to wash the spirit.
The Bath: I prescribe a specific ritual bath using pink Himalayan salt (for purity) and fresh rose petals (the flower of high vibration).
The Effect: This softens the "hard shell" around your aura. It changes your scent spiritually. People will start to look at you differentlyâthey will sense warmth instead of a wall.
Sometimes, the block is too deep for home remedies. It is a "Spiritual Knot."

Q: How long until I find love? A: Once the signal is on, attraction happens fast. Many clients meet someone significant within one moon cycle (28 days) of their clearing ritual. The universe hates a vacuum; when you clear space, love rushes in to fill it.
